1. Usage: Pipe sterilizer can take hot process on the dairy production, liquid foods beverage, concentrate jam, biology, medicine etc. Sterilizer of other model.
2. Main structure: Material tanks, sterilizer tank, material pump, exheater, hot water cross occur, controller etc.
3. Control system: PLC controller, touch screen operating, frequency conversion timing, PID temperature controller.
4. Working principle: Pre-sterilizing, sterilizing for the pipe which material will touch, use the hot water cycle in the pipe, more than 20 min, then lower the pipe temp., starting sterilizing for the material. The material which had disposal to the material tank, use the pump sending to pipe heat exchanger. Then put the material into heater pipe and sterilizing according to require time, and after sterilizing to the keeping pipe, then into the cooling pipe and sending to the filling machine.
